Gig Harbor Custom Residence 2
This 5,000+ SF custom home in Gig Harbor, WA was designed and built on a private large lot.  The project required permits to encompass all setbacks and mitigate some drainage issues when dealing with a higher than normal water table.
With the owners input, we proceeded with permitting, and worked with the client throughout each step of the design process. (pictures are in process of completion)
The results, as shown, are quite grand and original to the owners taste as well as needs for all family members living within this beautiful home.
